- Regulation of the Minister of Science and Higher Education of 14th November 2018 on the characteristics of the second level of learning outcomes for qualifications at levels 6-8 of the Polish Qualifications Framework (Journal of Laws of 2018, item 2218 as amended),
- Learning outcomes implemented by Resolution No. 12/2019 of the Senate of the Alcide De Gasperi University of Euroregional Economy in Józefów of 18th June 2019.

KNOWLEDGE:
- K1A_W01 - has knowledge about the nature of management sciences, their place in the system of sciences and relations to other sciences, as well as in the field of the basics of economic sciences, in particular knowledge covering the influence of categories, laws and economic relations on management and about the main (historical and contemporary ) economic trends
- K1A_W02 - has knowledge of the basics of legal sciences, including the knowledge of the impact of legal norms and rules on management; knows the norms and rules (legal, organizational, moral, ethical) concerning the organization and management of selected social structures and institutions, as well as the basic concepts and principles in the field of industrial property and copyright protection
- K1A_W03 - has knowledge of the essence, forms, principles and problems of the functioning of the organization, in particular enterprises and public institutions and structures related to state security, as well as about the processes of changing selected social structures and institutions and their components
- K1A_W04 - has basic knowledge about man as the creator of culture and the entity managing society, constructing social structures and organizations (political, economic, cultural), the principles of their functioning and acting in these organizations, social and psychological issues related to the management of organizations
- K1A_W05 - knows the methods and tools (including techniques appropriate for economics and management sciences) to the extent necessary for the quantitative description and understanding of phenomena and processes occurring in society; has a basic knowledge of the presentation, statistical inference as well as methods and tools of statistical data analysis; knows how to plan and implement simple quantitative and qualitative empirical research, knows the basic techniques of statistical research, understands the specificity of selected research areas and is able to interpret them in time and space
- K1A_W06 - knows the basics of mathematical methods used in economics and management sciences - in particular, methods for the analysis and modeling of management problems and decision optimization; has knowledge of the company's finances, including knowledge of the types of economic analyzes (balance sheet, profit and loss account, financial flows) prepared in the enterprise (in particular, knows the basic calculation methods and basic measures used in these analyzes)
- K1A_W07 - knows and understands the principles of special protection of IT goods; has knowledge about information as an economic category and about its elements that make up the information process and system; in particular, knows the methods and tools of information management, analysis and synthesis of processes and information systems
- K1A_W08 - has knowledge of the issues of determinants of human behavior in the organization, including individual and group behavior, leadership and management styles, as well as the benefits and risks associated with working in a team, basics of human resources management (in various aspects) and analyzing behavioral attitudes of people in the work process, in particular knowledge about motivating people to work effectively, evaluating employees, recognizing errors and mistakes in the area of employee management and planning and implementing changes in terms of their quantity and quality
- K1A_W09 - has knowledge of various types of economic entities and the relations between them (on a micro scale, in the regional dimension, in the entire economy and on a global scale), in particular - knowledge of the market and its participants, basic mechanisms of the financial system and the modern banking system in the state and in the economy
- K1A_W10 - has knowledge of marketing (as a social and management process) and its components (components, participants), in particular knowledge of marketing tools (including advertising and other components of the marketing communication system), as well as theoretical foundations and international practice exchange of goods and / or services
- K1A_W11 - has knowledge about quality as a scientific category, about the implementation of a quality management system in the enterprise, as well as about the presentation and interpretation of quality requirements in a changing marketing environment, about the essence of project management, in particular about coordinating the processes forming the final goal of the project, o SWOT analysis and the rational use of resources and summarizing each stage of the project implementation
- K1A_W12 - knows the basics of integrated management (including quality management, environmental management and health and safety management) in an enterprise and in a local government unit

SKILLS:
- K1A_U01 - sees and correctly interprets social phenomena (political, legal, economic, economic, cultural) and forecasts the effects of specific social processes taking place on the scale of individual entities or markets, globally, state, region or local; explains the role of the economy, culture, ethics and technological progress in the processes of transformation in contemporary organizations
- K1A_U02 - uses basic knowledge in the field of economic sciences and obtains data to describe and analyze specific social processes and phenomena (political, legal, economic, cultural), correctly uses norms and rules (legal, professional, moral) to solve specific tasks in terms of management, also in conditions that are not fully predictable
- K1A_U03 - is prepared to conduct scientific research, uses research methodology, conducts empirical research efficiently, has elementary research skills allowing for solving problems in the field of management sciences (in terms of the proper selection of research methods and tools, sources and information from them, evaluating, critically analyzing and synthesizing this information, including compiling the results); formulates, analyzes and solves complex and unusual problems in the field of management, proposes appropriate solutions (in particular, can recognize, diagnose and solve problems of human, material, financial and information management, as well as the organization and functioning of command systems)
- K1A_U04 - selects and applies appropriate methods and tools, including advanced information and communication techniques, can use information technologies in the implementation of management tasks, and use IT tools to collect, analyze and present economic and social data
- K1A_U05 - analyzes and interprets statistical research, develops and presents statistical material, and uses statistical studies and other data sources; calculates and interprets statistical measures and uses them in analytical planning work
- K1A_U06 - analyzes the potential opportunities and threats in the sphere of production, trade or services, rationally forecasts, designs and introduces the necessary changes in the development strategy of the enterprise; analyzes the cyclical aspects of supply and demand, predicts the effects of overproduction, rationally and logically interprets various market situations and calculates costs; knows how to prepare and conduct marketing research with the use of various research methods and techniques, is not manipulated by manipulation
- K1A_U07 - taking part in the debate, presents and evaluates various opinions and positions, discusses them, communicating with the environment in Polish and a foreign language (appropriate for the B2 level of the European System for the Description of Languages) using specialized terminology in the field of management sciences in these languages
- K1A_U08 - collects, prioritizes, processes and transmits information, creates written works, speeches and presentations on specific issues in the field of management using theoretical foundations, as well as various sources (in particular a thesis according to applicable standards and its defense before the examination board),
- K1A_U09 - using knowledge in the field of economic sciences, knows how to prepare and present, as well as analyze and verify products; aware of the role of the advertising message, as well as the impact of other components of the marketing communication system on recipients' decisions, competently assesses the accuracy of the selection of marketing tools, is able to design, present and implement an advertising campaign
- K1A_U10 - correctly sets the priorities for the implementation of tasks set by itself or others, and identifies and resolves dilemmas related to management; is prepared to manage processes (undertakings) - in economic organizations and public administration, as a specialist (in the field of a selected specialization), middle-level manager, as well as running his own business, uses the economic and legal conditions of creating and developing individual forms entrepreneurship in the provision of management services
- K1A_U11 - plans and organizes work - individual and in a team, assuming various roles in it, in particular, is able to lead a small team of people in various situations - including extreme ones; sees the opportunities and threats related to the implementation of a specific project and is able to rationally plan and implement this project effectively in terms of skilful management of the project team; is able to combine a human resource management strategy with a company's development strategy; in particular, sees the advantages and disadvantages of employees (as well as the human resources management system in the company) in the aspect of interpersonal conflicts, which it tries to eliminate
- K1A_U12 - is able to use the knowledge acquired in the course of studies at work, independently plans and implements his own lifelong learning, systematically supplements the knowledge and improves skills in the field of management sciences
